Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Applitrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Applitrack. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

The Service

Applitrack is a free web application that helps you organize and track your job search. Features include tracking job postings, applications, interviews, and follow-up tasks.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with these terms

Do not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Applitrack to:

• Store, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal under United States law
• Store content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service for any purpose other than personal job search tracking
• Automate access to the service without our written permission

This applies regardless of your location or the jurisdiction from which you access the service.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you enter into Applitrack (job postings, notes, uploaded files, etc.). We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any files you add to the service.

Account Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. All your data will be permanently deleted immediately.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or abuse the service. We will attempt to notify you before termination unless doing so would be impractical or would compromise the security of the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Applitrack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• The service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Applitrack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Loss of employment opportunities

This applies regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Applitrack and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms
